Returns We are proud to offer 30 day returns on unused purchases. When returning, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to H&B. Additionally, there is a 10% restocking fee for returned purchases (maximum of $200 per order). ---How to return--- Return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item(s) within 30 days of purchase, by emailing industry@hedleyb.com. Please package the unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item(s), and drop off at any authorized shipping location. Once received at our warehouse, please allow us 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Exchanges If there is something wrong with your order or if you decide a different style will fit your needs better, we are happy to offer exchanges on unused purchases within 30 days of receiving your product. Exchanges must be of equal value to your purchase. If exchanging faulty products, H&B will cover the cost of shipping to replace the faulty item(s). If you are exchanging to another style, you will be responsible for shipping to and from H&B. Embroidered and / or customized products are not eligible for exchanges. If this happens, we are proud to offer lifelong strap repairs (new replacements) for $15 per apron leaving your apron as good as new! ---How to request repairs--- Please contact industry@hedleyb.com to inquire about strap repairs. When getting repairs, you are responsible for the shipping to and from H&B. This will be included in your invoice.
