Once you place your Hedley and Bennett order, please allow our shipping team 1 - 3 business days to get your order processed, perfectly packed and into the hands of the shipping carrier. Once processed, ground shipping averages 2 - 5 business days. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for orders with text or logo embroidery. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team at industry@hedleyb.com, so we can make sure that your package successfully arrives. Shipping to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses We do ship to Military APO/FPO addresses. All orders being shipped to a PO box will be sent via USPS. International Orders We are currently not shipping internationally. Expedited Shipping For 2-Day Expedited Shipping, please allow one additional day for processing time.
