The H&B Story

It all started as a dream.

While working in a couple of the top kitchens in Los Angeles in 2012, founder Ellen Bennett had a vision of gear that could make chefs look and feel like superheroes putting on their capes. A vision to help people feel as amazing as the food they were putting out. From it was born the H&B apron.

Born in the kitchen, for the kitchen.

Our aprons weren’t ideated from an office. They were built, shaped, and refined from the sweat and tears of the kitchen. By chefs, for chefs; with all the details and features you need to kick ass and take names.
